Panda Club (formerly known as Xiong Mao 熊猫), is located in the South of Chengdu, on the second floor of Caribbean Plaza which is on Kehua Beilu. It’s about a 5 minute walk east of the US Consulate. To get to Xiong Mao in a taxi, you can say:

到蓝色加勒比广场，科华北路
dao lan se jia le bi guang chang, ke hua bei lu

Once you get out at the square, on your right side you’ll see the terraced second floor which Panda is on. Walk past the video arcade (until recently it was a Chinese bar) and you’ll see Panda in front of you.
